Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We believe in our products ability to hold up well, so please let us know if we have not met your expectations.
We want to remind you that sharp objects do not play well with fabric.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us about returning the item you have and then to make a separate purchase for the new item that you want - once we have confirmed your refund.
Once we accept your return and have receive your product, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. Items we receive without a returns form can NOT be refunded.
Please note: you will be required to wash them before sending and provide proof of purchase from our online store. Items purchased outside of our online store are subject to the return policy where they were sold.
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you can receive gift credit for the full value of the product. Once your item is returned, we will email you your gift credits.
If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout or purchased by someone else and then later sent to you, the purchaser will be issued the refund.
* 365 day love it or return it guarantee valid for two returns per household. After two returns a standard 15 day unused/unopened warranty will apply for a full refund. Warranties and guarantees begins on the date of initial purchase. All items must be returned with proof of purchase *
