We know your going to love your new bedding so much that we will give you one year to decide if you want your money back. If you do, you can return the sheets and we'll give you a full refund - we'll even pay for shipping!
Valid for online purchases only, in store purchases are associated with corresponding in store return policy and valid for 1 year manufacturing warranty via contacting email@example.com directly. Proof of purchase required.
30 Day Return Policy
We understand that everyone might not find this item as perfect as we do, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to contact us for a full refund. We'll even pay for shipping!

To start a return, you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the problem.
Items sent back without first contacting us can not be accepted.
Once you reach out to us and your return request has been confirmed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by finding the best solution. Please remember you will need to include your receipt.
We want to remind you that sharp objects do not play well with fabric.
Order the wrong size? It happens!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us about returning the item you have and then to make a separate purchase for the new item that you want - once we have confirmed your refund.
Once we accept your return request and have receive your product, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. Items we receive without a returns form CAN NOT be refunded.
Please note: you will be required to wash and fabrics before sending and provide proof of purchase from our online store. Items purchased outside of our online store are subject to the return policy where they were sold.
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you can receive gift credit for the full value of the product. Once your item is returned, we will email you your gift credits.
If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout or purchased by someone else and then later sent to you, the purchaser will be issued the refund.
* 365 day love it or return it guarantee is valid for two returns per household. After two returns, a standard 15 day unused/unopened warranty will apply and we will not cover the cost of shipping.
