How to Plant Your Seed Paper Thank You Card

Thank you so much for supporting Vearthy. Truly,  every order helps us keep building a more thoughtful, low-impact future.

We love to hear from you and hear your experience with us, which is why we sent you a thank you card and asked you for a review. Your reviews also mean a great deal to us; they help our small team learn, grow, and continue crafting better eco-first essentials.

Instead of sending you a standard paper insert that gets tossed, we wanted to offer something more meaningful. Something that reflects our values, gives back to the earth, and adds a little joy to your space. That’s why your thank-you card is made from recycled, unbleached seed paper - a compostable material embedded with wildflower seeds.

FAQ's

What wildflowers will grow?

Typically, wildflower seed-paper blends include varieties like Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black-Eyed Susan, Catchfly, Snapdragon and Sweet Alyssum. Bloom time and size will vary according to your region, planting time and care.

Will the printing or ink affect germination?

No. The seed-paper production process ensures that seeds stay viable even after printing. The key to success is how you plant and care for the card. Light soil coverage, sunlight and moisture are the biggest factors.

Can I plant it outside in my garden?

Yes absolutely. As long as the conditions are suitable (sunlight, moisture, soil). If your climate is extreme (very cold, very dry/hot), you may get best results by starting in a pot and then transplanting or moving outdoors.

What happens to the paper over time?

The paper will compost naturally, meaning it breaks down into the soil, leaving only the plants behind.

No waste, just growth.
